The edible salt (as known as Edible Sea Salt, Natural Edible Salt and Free Flow Edible Salt)is an iodized salt made by adding a certain amount of iodine to refined salt, crushed washing salt and sun salt. The iodine in the salt can only be converted into iodide ions before it can exert biological activity in the human body. Iodide is extremely unstable, easily decomposes, evaporates and fails. So iodized salt should be stored in a covered, colored, sealed container. Put it in a dry, cool place to avoid sunlight exposure and air absorption.
